Example: 15 cleaners and 5 stand-ins active in your team? Then you pay 20 × €7 = €140 per month, excl. VAT. A stand-in who only comes 5 days? On flex: 5 × €0.50 = €2.50. Set someone to inactive and they no longer count from the next month.

Do I need extra hardware?
No. No badges, no time clock, no box at the client's. The phone your cleaner already carries is enough.
What about stand-ins and students?
You add them just as easily as your own people — with name, national register number and mobile number. A stand-in or student who only comes a few days a month? Put them on flex: €0.50 per day at the client excl. VAT, instead of €7 a month. Someone no longer works for you? Set them to inactive and their billing stops.
What if a cleaner doesn't have a smartphone?
Every cleaner registers with the app on their own phone. That's what the law wants: everyone registers themselves. In practice almost everyone carries a phone — and then everything happens automatically.
How much does AutoCheckIn cost?
You choose per worker: fixed at €7 per user per month, or flex at €0.50 per day at the client, both excl. VAT. With flex you only pay for the days someone was checked in, billed afterwards on the same monthly invoice. A flex user with no registrations costs nothing. You can switch at any time, effective from the next month. Set someone to inactive and their billing stops. You start with 30 days free, no payment card, and you can cancel monthly.
Does it work without signal in the building?
Yes. No signal in the basement or the plant room? The registrations are simply stored on the phone and sent as soon as there is a connection again. Nothing gets lost.
Can I see what time my people arrive and leave at the client's?
Yes, live. Every arrival and departure is registered at the moment itself and shows up straight away in your overview — per client and per person, stand-ins included. That way you replace the paper lists that come in too late with exact hours, and you can invoice faster.
